The original front cover was slightly modified with a new background using the same colors as the original cover and a new title banner (also using the same colors as the original cover). For the inside a still from Betty's 1959 TV series was used along with the glorious Master Control at Warner's (see also Auntie Mame, TV Guide Top Television Themes and Honey West/77 Sunset Strip).
