| There were characters
of Sun's that he thought were exclusive to dancing on the bar. Sometimes
as the characters became more real, go-go girls became performance divas.
Such was the case with Picnic Smith and the lovely 'Mexican Jumping Queen',
Nacha. Sun was away for vacation when he had a dream in which the first
lines of the verse and chorus of "The Disco Cha-Cha-Cha" came
to him. And so Nacha took to the stage in her one chiquita show "It's
Gonna Be A Nacha Kind-A Noche" featuring self penned Latin American
flavored ditties like the title tune and "Crazy Crazy Carnival".
The encore was "The Disco Cha-Cha-Cha" featuring the head dress
worn here. Sun wound up embellishing this ensemble with sequins as seen
on the previous page. |
